George R. Jones, 80, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 14, in Graham.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16, in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
George was born April 5, 1936, in Menard to the late John Henry and Nora Cassandra “Ivy” Jones.
He married Emma Maurine Stanley in 1958, in Breckenridge and she preceded him in death Jan. 6, 2013.
George retired from E & H Drilling and was a member of Country Road Fellowship.
Survivors include, two daughters, Kathy Swartz and husband, Bryan of Dallas; Sandy Jones, of Graham; one son, Bub Allen Jones and wife, Dawn of Graham; eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
