Elizabeth Ann Owens, 64, “The Hat Lady”, passed away July 24. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 30, at Friendship Baptist Church in Albany, Texas. Officiating is by Paul Johnston and
David Draper. Arrangements are with Girdner Funeral Home in Abilene.
